"I had to reach out to customer service..."
I had to reach out to customer service about my order status, and they got back to me in maybe a day or so. The response was easy to understand, and they were friendly about it. The tracking update took a bit longer than I was hoping, maybe a couple days, but they did reply and helped me figure things out. Overall, it was a good experience.

"My order showed up way later than..."
My order showed up way later than expected, and there were no updates for days, which was really frustrating. What annoyed me even more was how it felt like they had all these little policy loopholes to avoid taking responsibility for the delay. I get that shipping issues happen, but at least keep people updated instead of hiding behind fine print.

"Refund was easy, but don’t wait to start the return"
I had to return an item it was painless. They handled it quicker than I expected and the refund came through without any strange hassle or runaround. Just a heads up though—if you need to return something, I’d start the process right away and keep track of the updates, just to be safe. Overall, I’m happy with how it went.

"Good selection, but I was hoping for more turtle items"
There were some decent choices, but I expected a lot more turtle-themed stuff. I also wish the instructions or descriptions had been a little clearer so I knew exactly what I was getting.

"Not worth it, and the emails made it more confusing"
I really wanted this to be better, but it started falling apart quickly. The quality just isn’t there. To make it more frustrating, one email said one thing and then another email seemed to say something different, so I wasn’t even sure what was going on. Overall, I wouldn’t buy it again

"Prices felt a bit too steep for me"
I was checking out myturtlestore.com while trying to find some turtle supplies, but the prices made me pause quickly.
A few things seemed higher than I expected, especially when I started comparing with other sites and... yeah, it just didn’t feel like the best deal. I didn’t really see anything that made the extra cost feel worth it.
Maybe it’s fine for someone who doesn’t mind paying more, but for me it came across as overpriced. I ended up looking somewhere else because I wanted to get a little more for my money

"Got the wrong turtle supplies"
Ordered some specific turtle supplies and got totally different stuff in the box. One thing was the wrong size too. Really annoying because needed it that week and had to figure something else out. Feels like nobody actually checked the order before shipping it.

"Turtle showed up looking unwell"
My turtle arrived looking weak and just... not right. It wouldn’t eat, so I reached out to support, but I felt kind of let down by the whole experience. I really wish I’d done more checking beforehand.

"Disappointed with how it was packed"
When my order showed up, the box was badly crushed, which made me wonder if anyone had taken much care packing it in the first place. The inside packaging didn’t help much either, the items were just shifting around loose. Maybe I got unlucky with shipping, but for the price I paid, I really expected it to arrive much better protected.
